Yoga was taught by one teacher to one student. Our signature sessions offer a slow, intuitive approach to the sequencing of postures. Sessions can be 60-75 minutes long and are structured based on your current abilities and experience level. Whether you are just beginning or deepening your yoga practice, private sessions are an opportunity for personal health, wellness, peace and happiness.
